
I've got to admit that I haven't been very good with my eating. I guess I've finally learnt that I can't cheat on this SCD diet, well not yet anyway! I was feeling so good that I added some rice crackers and some sweet stuff (including a HUGE piece of chocolate cake) and thought I'd be fine.
NOOOOO. Now I seem to be in the 3 month flare up with lots of D, gurgling and bloat.
I've upped my probiotics today and gone back to the SCD intro diet and it'll be interesting to see how quickly it sorts itself out.
I guess the reason I started this blog is to document what I'm doing and how it goes. I wish I'd started earlier! But I'll try and recap my journey so far in the days to come.
I'd love to hear from anyone who is reading this. What's your journey been like, or any tips you have for me.
